The WVDHA is seeking "Historical Facts" pertaining to "100-Years of Dental Hygiene in WV" to assist the ADHA in their "National Fact Search & Compilation" for publication and marketing purposes during this 2013 Centennial Celebration. We look forward to recognizing the esteemed accomplishments of the 100-Year WV Dental Hygiene Profession in the areas of education, clinical care, research, administration, business and public health. FACT EXAMPLE: As the WVDHA was chartered in 1938, the same year that the West Liberty University Sarah Whitaker Glass School of Dental Hygiene was established, WV began its dental hygiene association and educational development in the 25th year of the national dental hygiene profession.
